Problem:

Our company’s existing ERP system was antiquated and not utilizing today’s technology without redundant processes or not capable at all.

We chose SourceWare for several reasons.  Single core item database which allows for real-time updating internally and with our web commerce engine.  Role focused dashboards where our team can see what’s most important in their function in the company.  The ability to connect easily using any common browser with traditional devices without the specialized high cost single function devices. 

Our decision to go with SourceWare was easier than others because of the support of our IT team at ESC Integrated Software Services.  Our implementation of SourceWare was aided by their decades of experience with ERP systems and took on the database conversions without any issues.  They guided our team through all of the learning curves we had with going to a new ERP system.
