APPLICATION TRAINING

Formal classes can be conducted on site or via web-ex with no limit on the number of staff who attend.   Whether it is a refresher class or a new employee who needs full application training, these classes are designed for whatever your needs are.

REPORT WRITING

Whether you are on Array or SourceWare - if you have the report writing programs, almost any report imaginable is available to you.  These reports can be written to run on the fly or set up to run on a customized schedule.

ON-SITE CONSULTING

From Accounting Audits to Annual Inventories, we can come on site to help you with whatever your needs are.   By being proactive in initiating audit processes, reviewing daily procedures or updating you on the latest enhancements an on-site visit enables us to have face to face conversations and ensure that you are utilizing your software to it’s fullest potential.

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Not comfortable maintaining your system, let the staff at ESC make you feel at ease.  We will keep an eye on your system by checking space, backup completions and making sure you get the latest enhancement refreshes as they get released.   You can feel confident that we will keep your system running and ‘catch’ any issues before they even happen.
